Our home delivery service is designed to make dry cleaning convenient for you. Simply sign up for the service, and we'll schedule a weekly pick-up and drop-off at your doorstep.
* No, our home delivery service is absolutely free of charge. You pay the same rate as you would if you dropped off your dry cleaning at our front counter, but we do request customer who are already spending around $20 per week for their current dry cleaning services.
We serve the entire Des Moines metro area, including as far out as Adel, Granger, Ankeny and Norwalk.
* Signing up is easy! You can either call our office or sign up online through our website. We'll guide you through the process and set up your weekly schedule.
* We offer pick-up and delivery once per week, depending on your location within the metro. For commercial accounts, we can make come accommodations for special cases.
No, you don't need to be home. We'll arrange a designated spot for pick-up and delivery, such as your doorstep or a specified location you provide.
Absolutely! You can leave any special instructions or preferences regarding your dry cleaning items, such as stain removal or delicate handling. Just let us know, and we'll take care of it.
We are committed to using environmentally friendly and safe solvents as part of our service. We use a solvent called Sensene, which is a state of the art alcohol-based cleaning solvent that is approximately twice as powerful as the traditional dry cleaning chemical.
We offer convenient payment options, including credit card payments or setting up automatic billing. You'll be billed for the service at the same rate as our front counter drop-off service.
